You are spontaneously healing all the time, including from injuries and DNA damage that you will never know existed, because your immune system is just that good. Spontaneous healing is the rule, not the exception.
There's another phrase for spontaneous healing. It's called: healing. "Spontaneous" is redundant, and makes it sound like healing is rare or occasional. That's ignorance and marketing, not reality.
When toxicity and malnourishment accumulate (yes, it's possible for the bodymind to be malnourished even if you're wealthy, educated, and apparently eating well), the bodymind has to work overtime and can become overwhelmed, leading to dis-ease and ultimately disease.
