What should I do if it is not practical for me to practice Numocore regularly?

We are all practicing Numocore in one way or another already! The difference is that it's often happening either subconsciously or incompletely.


For example, we generally eat food that makes us feel good. But at what level does it make us feel good? What need is it satisfying? Is it a biological need? Is it a mental need? If it is mental, does it come from a place of emotion that is stuck, or does it come from a place of clarity?


The same can be said of the other engines of Movement, Connection, and Rest. It is not that we are not practicing these at all, but that they may be expressing themselves in skewed ways that are rooted in a place of fear, sadness, anger, or pain, thereby perpetuating toxicity in the bodymind.


This means you do indeed have time to practice Numocore, and it is indeed practical because in some way, you are already doing it! It's a matter of learning what we are doing and learning the power of other choices that will take the same or even less resources from us even as we heal and discover our innate potential expressing in all areas of life.


Finally, and just as importantly, we have designed our course to be highly practical. It is divided into 10-20 minute learning and practice sessions that you can do daily to build your practice over four weeks.
